When Tabitha died we immediately wanted to give something back to the incredible team that made epic efforts to try and save her life. We set up our JustGiving page a few weeks later. We aimed to raise £2,400 for the unit where she received care, £100 for every hour she was alive. In a few weeks we almost doubled it and we endeavour to continue to help others and raise money in Tabitha's name.

We want to continue her legacy and continue giving back to all the networks and people that supported us through the toughest of times.

We are currently raising funds for:

OWF offers comfort and support to parents, family, friends and siblings who have experienced the devastating loss of a precious baby before, during or shortly after birth.

So far we have donated:

£4,000

In 2020 - To the Trevor Mann Baby Unit

via The Early Birth Association.

The EBA is a registered charity (286727) and was formed by a group of parents who have had premature or sick babies in local special care units. They realised the need to talk to someone who has been in a similar situation at this time was a great way to help with anxiety and any problems that the parents were facing.

Money raised and donated to the EBA is spent on items at the sites that Tabitha was cared for, ranging from vital pieces of equipment such as the transport resuscitaire, incubators, cooling mats, shawls, incubator bonnets, triangular pillows and the fabric for covers. The list is endless.

Special thank you to our family and friends
